This extraordinary tall abandoned building in Atlanta, Georgia long ago used to be the Presidential Hotel. And most recently the building has been slated to become a retirement community. Every time I drive by this Iconic structure my imagination becomes a dance party of ideas. I envision new condo units with an open air patio that encompasses (6) original hotel suites.
